Today has been a hard day... A few hours ago my youngest girl calls me at work and shouts down the phone .. mummy come homw quick daddy is hurt. Phone goes dead... I freaked out... and literally ran home.. Im not one for causing drama on my own doorstep., but today that happened. Yesterday was my sons friends 17th birthday, I know this kid has had issues at home for a long time.. I could never proove anything and I always worried since he was a small kid if getting any authority involved was a good idea, but I did.. and in the end they couldnt find anything and I always worried if I made this kids life harder.. So I did the one thing I could do, I taught him how to defend himself and later I taught him to fight/box... but as I said he was 17 yesterday.. well today he came out the closet so to speak with his family. I wish he told me but I guess he needed his family to know first, I read about this kind of stuff in books.. never really see the nasty attitude people have against anything thats not straight This wonderful strong boy got himself beaten up and thrown out... by his own family.... then the asstwat of a dad comes to my house wanting to beat up my 16yr old, to blame him..(my son isnt gay, they are just best friends but my son has known his friend has always been gay).. Instead of getting to my son, my husband let him beat on him, My husbands response. .. he had to work it out his system, we couldnt keep our boy locked in the house.. and be worried he was attacked in the street. My husband is very very old school black belt in 3 different martial arts.. to see him just be beaten on pissed me off beyond all measures, but I do get his logic.. still pissed tho.. The kids dad was carted off by the police. My husband has 3 broken ribs :( my sons friend is ok and he has a home here now as long as he needs.. just soooo much drama that in this day and age is bad. But what the f**k hurting their own flesh and blood.. I feel sick!!!!!
