Today is a tough day, no doubt. Especially for those of us who were working and living there. Sept 11th 2001, unfortunately, is a huge blemish on otherwise one of the greatest times in my life. That being said, this is, and always will be the greatest place to live on the planet. Forget all the drama, all the rhetoric, all the bullshit. Without the United States the planet folds. Its exactly why you never see anyone floating to Cuba in a Volkswagen. Take a step back today and remember all the CRAZY heros. Especially the police and firemen. And if you do one thing today, let the anger go and think real hard about where you are and what you have.
