Today is surgery #141. They are taking the extra piece of flap off of the side of his face (setting it in permanently), they are touching up/slight revision of under his lip to bring it up more & cleaning out the right cheek where he has an infection. He will be getting out today hopefully so no overnight stay. It all depends on pain control. The plastics team will be giving Ian a 6 month break from surgeries which is nice! Unfortunately he still cannot go on a boat because of the trach and peg tube so maybe in 2016 he can go fishing on a boat. :).
