Today is the 2nd death anniversary of Interior and Local Government Secretary Jesse M. Robredo. On August 18, 2012, Secretary Robredo died on a plane that crashed due to engine failure. Secretary Robredo was honored with a state funeral. The Jesse M. Robredo Memorial Book, prepared by the PCDSPO, honors a dedicated public servant, in the hope that his life and career will serve as an inspiration and challenge to the Jesse M. Robredos of the future.
