Today mak nak kasi tip sikit about Facebook marketing. These are all based on my own experience. Sharing is caring kan? Facebook has become a very powerful tool for marketing. Almost everyone is now shopping online thru facebook. 5 odd years back it use to be just another online social networking platform. But now big business ppl around the world are using fb for business networking and sales. So how do u get more exposure and sales through this very popular platform? CREATE AN FB ACCOUNT. Creating an a personal FB account and creating a Business FB account are two different things. If youre planning to set up an online biz, then I would suggest that you create a totally new account as your biz profile. It can be using your own name or you can also come out with one catchy commercial name as your biz name. It has to be something thats easy to remember. Tak payah nak complicated sgt step ang moh or wat. Just simple easy and catchy and related to what youre selling. This is also called branding yourself. MAKE YOUR POSTS PUBLIC Why? So that whatever you post, those not in your friend list will also be able to see when they comment or like your post. It will show on their newsfeed. LIKE OTHER PEOPLE POSTS Yes by liking other ppl posts, it will also let FB know that you are somehow interacting with these ppl and your posts will show on their newsfeed all the time. Also there is this thing about, YOU LIKE MY POSTS, I LIKE YOURS BACK. 😃. Its a good positive habit anyway so no harm doing it. That is actually the trick to the many likes....now u know kan.heh. NEVER POST PERSONAL DISPUTE STUFF This is a big no no. Its an image thing. Even if you are angry with some customers or have family dispute matters, dont post it on your FB for biz. You can do it on your personal FB. But not on yr Biz FB. Thats the reason for having a seperate one. So that you dont mix personal matters with biz matters. I was guilty of this during the initial stage of having a biz FB. Thanks to my gengmakketat for reminding me. Ok so those are some of the basic tips mak can share for today.
