Today my boys were playing at the splash park in Mt. Juliet and a big kid (he was probably 3 years old) told my boys they couldnt play at one of the areas because it was his. Our nanny redirected our boys to another area where they were just as happy to play. She turned around to get a juice box and the boy ran over to my boys and said No! Oh, and my boys are 21 months old and they dont really talk yet, but defenders and protectors of one another they certainly are. I guess that doesnt need a vocabulary perhaps.
