Today started a Sri Sri Yoga Course here in Diphu, Karbi Anglong (Assam)... and today Assam was also hit by an earthquake, just after we finished the course session! I was with some of the participants when the earthquake hit, and while the building was shaking, they were all smiling! This is a true example of Yoga - when one is centered inside, any disturbance outside cannot take away our peace of mind! :D I will be in Diphu for a few more days to complete the course, and then move on to Arunachal Pradesh again for a series of courses and other programs across various districts of this state...
