Today the Bulgarian Network UWE will be in Frenchay to fundraise for The Bulgarian Abandoned Childrens Trust! About 8,000 children are currently growing up in institutions across Bulgaria. An estimated 2,500 of them are under the age of three and live in designated institutions for babies – the highest number in the EU. Only two per cent of these babies are actually orphans, with most having been abandoned due to poverty, parental neglect, disability or family breakdown. The trust wants to help closing those institutions. We will be selling martneitsi - those lovely creatures that will bring you health through the whole year. We made them alone, so dont forget to stop in front of Core24 : )
