Today the Palestinian people commemorate the 47th anniversary of Palestinian Naksa. Naksa Day is when Israel waged a six-day war on June 5, 1967 against Jordan, Syria and Egypt that ended with a humiliating defeat of the Arab armies and the occupation of the remained 22% of Palestine that Israel didnt colonize during Nakba (Israels war of independence). The Palestinian people paid the greatest price among Arab people as more ethnic cleansing, more mass killing, more detention happened among them. After 46 years, the Palestinian people in Palestine and in exile continue to suffer under this inhumane occupation that controls their lives. Many humanitarian crisis was endured by the Palestinian people since 1948 but they were nothing but a consequence of a political problem which is the existence of the Zionist entity on the systematic ethnic cleansing and mass killing of our people and the dispossession of their belongings and the blood of our martyrs. After 46 years, the Gaza Strip, the West Bank including East Jerusalem, the Gollan Hights are still under occupation. Only the Sinai Peninsula, which was occupied then too, was later liberated in 1982 as agreed in the Camp David peace agreement Sadat endorsed with Israel in 1978 following his shameful visit to Israel in 1977. The Palestinian people continue to pay the price of that while the world continues to watch them being burdened with more injustices and human right violations. The Palestinian peoples calendar is full of tragic event through their history. I just wonder when this historical injustice that the Palestinian people have endured will come to an end! I wonder when the world will decide to break their silence and have an action and shoulder their political, ethical and legal obligations toward these injustices that Israel have been committing against Palestinians on daily basis. #نكسة #Naksa
