Today was a very upsetting day for me as I thought about some of the reasons why families leave our practice, including distance, waiting times, a bad experience with either myself, Mrs. Comer or a staff member, unable to get an appointment soon enough, and financial issues. I realized tonight that rather than be upset, that I should be grateful. Im grateful for the times you allowed us to help take care of your children and the lessons we learn from making mistakes, as we are far from perfect. I am grateful to God for giving my staff the gift of caring, as we try our hardest to please everyone, while still being able to pay our bills. Im proud to say that this is our 10th Anniversary of Pediatric Wizards taking care of children in Brevard and the surrounding counties. Despite our ups and downs, we have managed to survive due to hard work, dedication and divine intervention. Thank you to my current staff members: Amanda, Bailey, Chrisie, Dena, Emine, Lisa, Melissa, Nicole and Savannah. I appreciate all of your hard work and dedication to our practice, our patients and their families. I know that as hard as we try, that it is impossible to please or make everyone happy. To our former, current and future patients, I want to personally thank each and every one of you and your caretakers for allowing me and my staff the privilege of being a small part of your lives.
