Today was one of those days where I avoided something that needed to be dealt with. I had a great day with my LOML and friends but now that the day is done Im sad. Even when life is great, life still gets in the way. Last night I was getting ready to cut my friends sons hair when I got a message from my cousin that her brother had took his life. This was one of my favorite cousins when I was a kid that I used to play with every summer when we would go to Tennessee. My eldest cousin Peggy Hillard found my cousin Tommy in his trailer with a gunshot to the head. This has been an especially hard year for them because they just lost their daddy after an ugly battle with cancer. I love technology that we all get to stay in touch but I wish it would allow us to zap ourselves into eachothers living rooms so I could give them all a hug and pray with them.
