For those of you who want a little more challenge, here is something for both the upper and lower body that requires nothing more than a sturdy chair, bench or high step! Something for the upper body and lower body - you can do this! Simply modify as needed and get a sweat on! :D *Tip: Land softly and quietly to protect your knees! 1. High knee up (right) 2. Decline pike press 3. High knee up (left) 4. Decline push up, spider knees 5.
