Today, we feature another wonderful contributor to Fête. Michelle Kozak, a Le Cordon Bleu trained pastry chef and owner of Pâtisserie Lallier shared three amazing sweet treats with us. Hopefully, you had a chance to sample at least one of the Grand Marnier-dark chocolate Parisian macarons, meringues, or Mont Blanc guimauves (marshmallows with sweetened chestnut purée). If you want more, you can find her fresh-baked tasty pastries, desserts, and croissants at a variety of locations around the city including: Global Gallery, Grandview Grind and Clintonville Farmers Market. We very much appreciate her support not only of our event, but her ongoing efforts to source as many ingredients locally and organically.
