Today, we feature another wonderful contributor to Fête. Michelle Kozak, a Le Cordon Bleu trained pastry chef and owner of Pâtisserie Lallier shared three amazing sweet treats with us. Hopefully, you had a chance to sample at least one of the Grand Marnier-dark chocolate Parisian macarons, meringues, or Mont Blanc guimauves (marshmallows with sweetened chestnut purée).
