Today we need to gather together and offer our prayers for a lovely lady who has been helping her husband get the treatment he needs for his cancer. While all this is happening, she suffered a light stroke. Dear God we beg you to take care of this family, especially this kind woman who is such a jewel to her family. Have mercy on all this family as the struggle to stabilise their lives. Look after the mother who has suffered the light stroke, remove the sudden fear that befalls her. She has suddenly realised how important it is that she stays healthy, to be able to run the household. Endow her dear God with courage in the struggle to recover back normality. Give all the family strength and hope to envision new days ahead and a spirit of faith to take the risk of living fully again. Guide this lovely family dear Lord to find their normal routine again. May the Lord give them strength, bless them with patience as they struggle to accomplish a new system. Fill their hearts with faith in Your love dear God and that with calm expectancy they make room for Your power to possess them and gracefully accept Your healing: Through Jesus Christ our Lord Amen
