Today would have been our sweet baby Collins 1st birthday. It is a bittersweet day, but one that I will always hold close to my heart. Words cannit express the joy or fear that I felt that day as we welcomed our Collin into this world not knowing what the future had in store for him or us. We were blessed for the 3 months we were able to love him, to see his beautiful smile, and hold jim in our arms. He truly was a gift from God, and there is not a day that goes by that I dont think of Collin. I hold on to the memories I have for they are all that I have left, and although on his birthday we will not be planning a party, decorating the house, ordering that perfect cake, or singing happy birthday to him, I know he is with us in spirit just the same. So I will celebrate my baby boys day of birth to honor and show the love that I still carry in my heart for him. I love you Collin James, may the angels sing you a heavenly song to celebrate your special day of life into this world!!!
