Todays meal planner Breakfast- Scrambled egg and grilled tomato with slice of melba toast. Nice cup of coffee and peint of water to start the day off Snack- Pear and green tea Lunch - Chicken mayo salad served in lettuce wraps. Very tasty Dinner - Carb free pizza- Carb free pizza guilt free and looks like a real pizza. Blitzed cauliflower, wring all the water out by twisting in a clean dishcloth. Mix in a bowl with 2 eggs, salt & pepper.. Spread onto a pizza tray covered with grease proof paper, 15 mins in 180 degree oven. Take out and flip, placing it straight onto the pizza tray without paper this time (to allow it to dry out a bit). Cook for further 5mins. Top with passata, garlic, and other veg to make up your 300g and some philli cheese or (if on maintenance you can add extra protein or a bit of cheese), pop in the oven for a further 10-15mins to brown. Dessert- Ice lolly made from fat free greek yogurt blitzed strawberries Drank 2.5 litres of water and 2 cups of green tea Enjoy and drops taking 20 mins before mea
