Took kids to Powder Mill Park today. My husband was alerted by another father in the park of an older gentleman sitting in his vehicle watching the children for quite some time - we calculated over an hours time - with no grandchildren or children in the park. So, I decided to approach a nearby bench, smile & wave, and say hello... he started his car and took off! CAN YOU SAY SUSPICIOUS? So I shared my experience and the license plate with the police just in case. :)
