Took my gigantic key with me thinking I may get in late and I wont want to bother the night clerk. Roll forward 10 hours. I get back to my room only to find the hallway was blacked out to save energy. Meanwhile I cant find my f:king room key. Feeling the stress and just a wee bit anxious I head down stairs to see about another key from the clerk. Turns out hes a bit of an asshole. This is the guy I didnt want to bother in the first place. He tells me theres nothing I can do. They can open it for me at 6am and then charge me 260 euro for for the key I lost. I took this info in stride. And, felt like killing someone meanwhile feeling like a jackass for taking the key in the first place . Long story short. Johnny Salvo to the rescue. Finds my key in my bag stashed away behind my passport. Another reason I cannot do with out that guy. If you have what I have, you know what a situation like this does to your head. Im all better now. Time to take it for walk.
