Took the cat to the vet for basic vaccinations and mentioned that he has lost his appetite severely this week. The vet checked him out and fears that its liver disease, and vaccinations would make him sicker. Were waiting until Monday for blood work to come back, and the worst case is grim, involving thousands of dollars in treatment or euthanasia. Plus with no vaccines, we cant board him. Were also broke, we could barely afford the exam today, let alone hospitalization and round the clock treatment for a week. Even the vet was stumped about our current options, considering were leaving in a few days.
