Totally agree, and there is lots of research linking sleep and mental health. Unfortunately, many things can interrupt sleep. From internet addiction to worry, caffeine to eating habits, work to relationship issues. All these things can get in the way of a good nights sleep and have a knock-on effect on our mental health. Of course, separate mental health concerns can get in the way of sleep. For example, trauma and PTSD.
