Training Specialist: Our client in Eau Claire is seeking a Training Specialist to begin ASAP! This position is responsible for leading and coordinating training activities regarding safety, morale, quality, and productivity. In addition, this person will lead the safety department in implementing a comprehensive environmental, health, and safety program. Job Duties •Developing new hire and on-the-job training materials (written and presentation) for all production/warehouse staff •Recommending performance standards to manufacturing managers to ensure staff exceeds job expectations •Identifying and assessing the training needs of production staff •Developing, designing, and implementing policies and procedures according to OSHA compliance and safety standards •Conducting job safety analysis with a focus on ergonomics •Maintain all safety and training records in accordance with ISO Documentation •Maintain the training budget Qualifications •A minimum of 2 years business/manufacturing training and training coordination •Ability to demonstrate skills in the following areas; ethics, written and verbal communication, active listening, project management, change management •Experience with Microsoft Access *Previous training experience is a must!
