Training today at Pole Dance Academy after teaching handstands. Ahhhh it feels so good to be pain free! I havent had any rib pain at all for a week and Im loving it! I first did this move a couple of years ago and I havent tried it since. I call it a Monkey Barrel - Im sure there are a thousand other names for it though. Whatever you call it, it really hurts the back of your knee haha but I dont care because Im soooo happy to be back on the pole ❤️❤️❤️
