Training today was lower body max effort day and it went like thisss yall: 2rm Front squat +chains: weight gets heavier as you lift it: worked up to 105kg + 36kg chains, failed 110kg + chains Front squats Saftey bar good mornings Safety bar lunges: sits higher up your back like a high bar squat position forcing you to keep tension in your upper back and remain upright thus strengthening your upper back/core. Also allows you to squat if you have any shoulder/hand problems. Arch rocks Strict L sit-toes to bar Banded hamstring curls Rower (brutal-first round went ok then halfway through the second one my legs were like lead :D 3rd and 4th rounds were just horrid) 500m (1:55/500m pace) 2 mins rest 300m (1:45/500m pace) 1 min rest Repeat 3 times DONE!! #dowork #soreleggies #bumdoms
