Travis diet. Breakfast-1 cup oat meal, 3 spoons peanut butter, 1/2scoop whey protein and a Clementine. Post-workout - 8 oz whole milk and 1 scoop whey protein and a banana. 10 oclock snack - 8 oz tuna and 2 oz almonds. Lunch - 8 oz whole wheat pasta with pesto and 1 lb cayenne chicken. 3 pm preworkout snack - apple and 2 spoons of peanut butter. Post workout - 1/2 cup oatmeal with fruit and 8 oz whole milk with whey protein. Dinner - spinach salad with egg whites, almonds, clemintine, broccoli, and turkey. (I felt left outand wanted to share my meals!) Im...so HUNGRY
