Try these Barre moves for your Backside! You can hold onto a chair, a kitchen counter, or test your balance by holding onto nothing! Barre workouts target all muscle groups in the lower body. Start with heels together, toes out in first position. Pulse for 30 sec. Step into wider plié and lift heels (hello inner thighs). Pulse for 30 sec. Do side leg sweeps with one leg keeping your abs engaged and spine long. Do both legs 30 sec each. Do front leg lifts with one leg. Engage your quads and abs. Do both legs 30 sec each. Try doing this 3x through for a 10 min lower body lift! #exercise #workouts #barre
