Tuna crunch.. Pasta bake.. cook some pasta with peas in veg stock, as much pasta as you need for your size family, drain, add to baking tray, add a tin or 2 of tuna again depending on how mny your feeding. Make a white sauce, 60gms of butter melted, add 60gms of plain flour, make a paste then add a pint of milk and keep stirring till it thickens, i then added chopped dried parley, you can leave plain or add anything you want, pour sauce over pasta n tuna... then top with breadcrumbs n cheese and bake in oven for 30 mins...
