Turkey sausage cooked. Bacon next so it will be ready for quick breakfasts and salads this week. Salad prep to do for next couple days lunch salads. Eggs still left to hard boil and I will have a great start on meals. Chicken ready to go into oven and beef thawing so it can get tossed into crock pot so they will be ready for lunches and dinners. The only way I can make it during the week is to get it done on weekends.
