Twenty-eight employees assigned to the Army Sustainment Command and other commands on Rock Island Arsenal completed a 10-month course known as Journey to Leadership II with team presentations at Rock Island Arsenal, Ill., Aug. 7. The course includes five resident training weeks at ASC headquarters focusing on identifying and analyzing current and future challenges of ASC and other government organizations. For the individual, the program provides an overview of their strengths and challenges them to build on their weaknesses. The course included classroom training, group exercises, developmental assignments, cross-training assignments, executive interviews, and shadowing assignments.
