Two days ago I never wouldve thought one of my best friends would be diagnosed with leukemia. Its a scary feeling when you first get the news, but two days later and after going to see her, I feel so encouraged and optimistic already. Mariela will not just beat cancer, she will be a living testimony of Gods wonderful healing power. Its wonderful thing to hear a sixteen year old look at you and say shes not afraid of cancer because she knows everything will be fine. Mariela Villa is an incredibly strong teenager, and shell be a motivator to many after her battle in won! I thank God for strength during her upcoming treatments and pray shell have a positive outlook throughout the whole situation.
