Two skinless baked chicken drums, 1 cup of greens and a half of sweet potato. I just killed my dinner of the night. Wrapping up my water for the night too and and more snack later and its another successful day! Cardio as soon as I walk in the door around 10pm. Ab roller workout and squats. I WILL have an 8pk stomach this year! I want it soooo bad! Those muffin tops looks so bad and I dont want to look like that ever again! Im gonna sacrifice!
