UPDATE: I collected these writings and put them together, as some 3%ers are oath keepers and some are everyday citizens, but all know something is right with our country but wrong with our government. Some others are just wanting to find out what all this means... During the American Revolution, the active forces in the field against the Kings tyranny never amounted to more than 3% of the colonists. History itself, for good or ill, is made by determined minorities. The smallest minority on earth is the individual. Never underestimate the power of a small group of committed citizens to change the world. Indeed, it has never been done otherwise. Three percenters today, for the most part, identify with this 3% because they were true patriots fighting for the freedoms the nation we love and honor was founded on. Three percenters intend to maintain their God-given natural rights to liberty and property. When you read or hear the phrase Liberty or Death, ......It was NOT the intention of the phrase to mean give me liberty or give me death. It was fair warning, respect our liberty or suffer death. Thomas Jefferson spoke of “Rightful Liberty” as unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. He did NOT add within the limits of the law because law is often but the tyrants will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual. Liberty and Life are NOT gifts one man gives another or has any right to take away. One’s life and liberty, have always belonged to the individual, first and always. They are gifts, but from God. You may surrender them or you keep them, but let no man or government try to take them. Many of three percenters swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and the principles in our Declaration of Independence, and the rights of free people in this the Republic. If you have not taken the oath before in your life, take this one now. I __________________________ swear or affirm to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and the principles in Declaration of Independence, and the inalienable rights of free people in this Republic of The United States of America, for which it stands. “TO BE PERFECTLY CLEAR” I will NOT obey orders to disarm the American people. I will NOT obey orders to conduct warrantless searches of the American people I will NOT obey orders to detain American citizens as “unlawful enemy combatants” or to subject them to military tribunal. I will NOT obey orders to impose martial law or a “state of emergency” on a state. I will NOT obey orders to invade and subjugate any state that asserts its sovereignty. I will NOT obey any order to blockade American cities, thus turning them into giant concentration camps. I will NOT obey any order to force American citizens into any form of detention camps under any pretext. I will NOT obey orders to assist or support the use of any foreign troops on U.S. soil against the American people to “keep the peace” or to “maintain control. I will NOT obey any orders to confiscate the property of the American people, including food and other essential supplies. I will NOT obey any orders which infringe on the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances.
