UPDATE: I just sent this to everyone via email, but I know some of you have different email addresses than the paypal email you use for purchasing. I want to make sure everyone is updated, so thought I should post the email here as well :) Hi Ladies, I wanted to give you all an update on your order(s) from The Deal Diva. This update is for the the 8-outfit combo order and dark/gray black order that was placed October 7 and the mustard yellow/red outfit order that was placed October 14. These have left the supplier! Thank goodness!! They left the supplier 3 days ago, and I was given a tracking number via fedex last night. According to the website, it is scheduled to arrive to me Thursday, December 18 at 4:30 p.m.! The tracking number is: 772203928401 , and you can track via fedex/us I am hoping to have these outfits by the estimated delivery date. However, I cant guarantee anything. I typically have outfits shipped via DHL, and I am really familiar with their timelines. Typically 5-8 days once it leaves the supplier. My supplier shipped these orders via Fedex because they said theyve been having a lot of trouble with DHL over the last few weeks, including missing packages and packages cut open which resulted in the cutting of the outfits inside. They said fedex is the same shipping timeframe as DHL, but because Ive never used them, I cant vouch for that. Im REALLY hoping they are, as I know weve all waited a long time for these outfits! I will get these outfits shipped out the day I receive them as long as I receive them before December 22. I am going to visit my husbands family for Christmas, and we leave the evening of December 22. We will be back December 29. If, for some reason, these outfits dont arrive before December 22, I will ship them the day I get back!! Thank you so much for your patience. This whole ordeal has been incredibly stressful, which is why I havent been posting pre-orders from China anymore. While I absolutely love the outfits from the supplier, and the quality has been really impressive, the stress of the extended shipping timelines on these outfits has been overwhelming. I want you to know that Im doing everything I possibly can to get these outfits here and shipped to you ASAP! Ive been up since 4 a.m. this morning with knots in my stomach worried about this. Its so frustrating because shipping is just out of my control. Im praying that things go smoothly with shipping/customs, and I get these outfits mid next week. I completely understand how much everyone wants their outfits, as I am dealing with a similar situation from another co-op I bough from. I purchased my items even before this order, and I still havent received them either. I think every co-op I know is dealing with delayed production time and shipping from China, and its been stressful and frustrating for everyone. Sorry this email was a novel! I wanted to give you all the details I have, so you stay updated and know exactly where your outfits are! I also wanted to give everyone a friendly reminder that I cant offer refunds/exchanges for delayed shipping, as this is out of my control. If you are concerned that the outfit wont fit your daughter, I am going to let people list items for sale/trade on my group page, which has over 4,000 members.
