UPDATE! Ladies and Gentleman you will remember the picture that appeared here a few weeks ago that got everyone hot under the collar of a poacher that thought it would be a good idea to show off his catch of pike sitting in his bath, tench etc etc ..............Well funny old world story coming up. A very good friend of mine was sitting down with me tonight hes over from the motherland for Xmas. Sees that pic and blow me a week ago hes on a Lough fishing in the dead of night when a van pulls up. he sees some very naughty stuff which results in him phoning his very good friend who works for the Inland Fisheries Board. He duly turns up and they watch the 3 toe rags. Sure enough they was fined a total of £450.00 for infringements.........when he gets back here he sees that pic and phones his mate again. They are none too pleased with it and my understanding is that moves are afoot over there regarding this little problem......Thought I would keep you posted (y)....................no ranting please its an informative post not an excuse for a keyboard battle ;-)
