UPDATE ON GATOR (CHICO) Gator (Chico) needs a Furever home. He was tied to an abandoned house and left there in the freezing cold with no food or water to die. He deserves a Forever home with lots of love and to feel safe. The original hopeful adopters mother is not well and we understand, so she is not able to take Gator. Gator was on a 7 day hold. That is up today. This is a KILL SHELTER. I had first thought it wasnt but it is. So we need to get him out of there. The pics are him as a puppy and the other is him at the shelter. He now needs a rescue associated with the shelter to pull him so he can be adopted. If you are interested in adopting this cute boy you can contact me directly until we have a rescue on board. We are also looking for a foster as well in case one is needed. We have a contact that is local there in Milwaukee that has spoke with some rescues there...nothing definite yet. We are still hopeful. We need to raise some funds to help so a rescue will want to pull and know they dont have to burden all the cost. So we are going to START TAKING PLEDGES for GATORS RESCUE. Once we have a rescue on board we will then ask for those pledges to be honored and donations made to the rescue in Gators name. I know the Ares and Zeus family will help this boy find a way out of the shelter and to his Forever home. Please share...you never know who will open their heart and their home. Thank you so much.
