******UPDATE ON MY NIECE******* Lexie is stable and in good spirits . The neurosurgeon has decided that the best course of action will be to open up the wound that they stitched today and go inside and make sure that there is normal brain function as well as taking the bone fragment that broke off out of her skull. They will have a plastic surgeon there during the surgery so he can work his magic. He will take some soft tissue to help with reconstruction. They also will be making sure the blood spot that was on the catscan has subsided. They are going to let her body rest and the surgery will be on Wednesday. Today has been very crazy as well as nauseating for everyone. Thank you to all who have wished well wishes and those that have added her to your prayers today. She is an amazing girl and she deserves all the warm hearted wishes.
