Ubervida is looking to hire the following for the 2015 season (May - October) , both full time and part time: 1. Licensed Captains/Pilots - A license is mandatory B & C a definite plus, Must have a valid and up to date CPR and O2 certificates, Must be able to navigate in the Hamilton Harbor, Great and Little Sound at night and in low visibility, must have experience actually driving boats especially in-board rudder and propeller driven vessels. Must be able to deal with large volumes of people and handle emergency situations calmly. 2. Boat Crew - 1st & 2nd Mate - Must have some idea of the workings of a charter vessel & be a fast learner with an excellent attitude and able to take direction. 3. Bar Staff - Must be FAST and accurate and able to deal with large numbers of patrons. Must know how to make basic cocktails and learn specific cocktail list. T.I.P.S. certification is a definite plus. 4. Wait Staff - must be able to take, remember and deliver high volume drink orders and operate in very busy environment. 5. Maintenance and Cleaning Personnel - must be able to maintain all aspects of the vessel, including weekly underwater hull cleaning, buffing and waxing top sides, polishing metal work, maintaining systems, preparing and cleaning for charters. 6. Manager - must be able to manage personal and events in a busy environment. Manage inventory and payroll. All positions are both physically and mentally demanding and require focused and consistent individuals, who are willing to work for extended periods of time, weekends and public holidays.
