Um, I have to just say something. . . I just watched some videos and did some online looking after it was brought to my attention .. .. Did you know there is a cereal diet? It all started when someone shared a video of this girl that eats her cereal (fruit loops or cheerios) one at a time, over an hours time span, while drinking a TON of water. Once that is done she does over 2 hours on the elliptical for a total of 23 miles (WHAT?!?!?) and then she has a small salad, then runs 4 miles. INSANE. (**disclaimer: I did not watch through all of the videos on this girl, I dont have that kind of free time. But, in the one I watched, this is what she did) PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY .... DO NOT DO THIS!! She is basically starving herself, and the amount of calories she is burning is not being replenished. You should only be at about a 500 calorie deficit to lose. You should also be eating, A LOT and nourishing your body with whole clean foods. After seeing this girls AMAZING transformation (90lbs in 4 months, no wonder if she only eats cereal and salad while ellipticaling for 23 miles) - I wanted to know how she did it. I was SO sad for her. It is truly heartbreaking. She is on the verge of an eating disorder. I googled, and there are so many people doing some crazy crash diet like this. Crash diets dont work. I know it may take longer, but I promise your body will be SO MUCH healthier if you lose the weight the right way. Eat clean whole foods, in the right amounts, often - and get moving! Please if you want to lose weight, do it right. I can help you if you dont know where to start. Just dont do this kind of crazy stuff. :(
