Um, whats on my mind? The bloody useless local government who cant get a simple electricty bill right for 5 years, and is now threatening to cut off the complexes power becos we legally hold the bill in dispute - no matter what case is presented they say pay or we cut off. Where the f#ck is the famous democracy in that?, perhaps they need an English dictionary lesson to learn 2 words: democracy + autocratic, then maybe we have hope -mothers!!!!!!
