Un memorandum aprobat recent de Guvern va condamna peste 500.000 de vaci de lapte din România la un transport chinuitor, de peste 15.000 de kilometri, până în China, unde vor fi crescute în sistem intensiv. VIER PFOTEN solicită stoparea acestor transporturi de animale vii pe distanțe lungi, care supun animalele unui stres și unor suferințe enorme în numele ”dezvoltării economice” __ The Romanian government recently approved a memorandum to export over 500.000 cows to China - a torturous sailing of 15.000 km during several months . “Long distance transport comes with a terrible discomfort for cows such as lack of fitness, natural environment and enrichments. Accidents and high mortality rate may occur. We are talking about more than 500.000 cows to be shipped to China, therefore about a mega suffering. The Romanian Government has the duty to prevent animal suffering by stopping the memorandum. China should source their cows from neighboring countries”, Gabriel Paun, VIER PFOTEN International.
