Thompson October 14th to 21, 2013 My contract with Dansk/Investment groups (Gas USA) was going to be 48k a year plus bonus reaching 55k to 60k a year. Why did that turn that money down? Why did I choose to quit this opportunity? The reasons are described in details below. The Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex (DFW) is where my true foundation have grown and established and still growing. I refused to just sale my soul for more money. This means that I would pay not only by working but slaving my way to the top of the company and doing so hurting many lives instead of improving them. I would be a manager in charge of 4 people and on salary working 10-16 hours schedules I came back for many reasons, first theres no money in this world that will buy my soul, second the racism activities in the state is very alive, third my passion for soccer didnt exist in Tallahassee, forth the betrayer from my best friend, forth my dream to go to Brasil for the World Cup would be cloudy and nearly impossible, and finally currently being under-capitalized in this unprogressive part of the State would be nonconstructive for a motivational mind such as mine. I thank God that Im back and now is the moment to start fresh and new.
