Undoubtedly one of my favorite exercises to hit the biceps with - seated incline dumbbell curls. It is imperative to keep your head on the bench & extend your arms entirely at the bottom of the rep to encourage full range of motion if you want to get the most out of the exercise. Drop the weight if you have to - just maintain that form & focus on making the biomechanics of the movement work to your advantage. I love to go heavy & then superset with a lighter standing hammer type movement to promote further growth. Give them a whirl - I promise 3-5 sets will be all you need ;)
