Unfortunately Government institutions as well as govt. related institutions are running based on manager. But now a days of leader. Manager says go leader says lets go when the whole worlds running fast for their well establishment and there are huge example of nongovenment and soul proctorship organisations success then govt. Institutions fighting against loss reduction. Managers are acting here only the ordering boss . They dont care & share . But leader is one who knows the way , goes the way & shows the way . lack of right human resource plan in govt. Institutions is one of the vital cause of less production & failed to get optimal service from employees . Be patriot & make a way to become us patriot . Success is nothing but a hidden power lies in your soul.
