Unfortunately, in the United States, DHS can get away with stealing your infants and children from you forcing you to prove you are innocent of any claims against you, neglect, abuse, etc. It isnt illegal in a lot of places to deliver your baby at home. The problem might arise if the parents are not trained in the medical field or if complications arose during the delivery which endangered the new borns life. If I were this couple, after they get past the shock of having their baby taken away, I would be seriously be talking to an attorney and thinking about a very large lawsuit. In my opinion it is very wrong to take a new born away from its parent/parents if the baby isnt being harmed or in any danger.
