Unofficial WDFPF World Record Squat and IPF British Record. 265kg Squat, raw and drug free at under 85kg. May as well start with a decent vid. Aiming to improve upon this in April at the WDFPF European Powerlifting Championships and break the WDFPF World Record which stands at 260kg in my category. Ive started this page as an added measure of accountability - to keep me honest and to provide some information on how Im preparing to make a run at some of the biggest competitions of my life in 2015 and 2016, hopefully making the step from going from being a decent lifter to a good one.
