Unsolicited #FreeAdvice: I meet so many talented actors, models and other talent from the media world based in Mumbai. Most are aged between 20 and 35 years and reside between Bandra and Malad. A strong observation is that on an average they spend 4-6 hours, 2-3 times a week partying and nursing a hang-over. If they invest 50% of this time in self-study and honing their acting and creative skills, apart from just physical fitness, have a disciplined schedule and treat their work just like normal people do and not get carried away with the whole party circuit (including house parties), hoping to network or get noticed or just having plain fun, they would do so much better in realising their goals and ambitions, for which, most of them have left their homes and migrated to Mumbai. Dreams of success, need the right action, consistent action all the time. The universe rewards merit, once the pot of luck gets over. Merit comes from a lot of hard work, homework, determined doggedness and above all sending the right signals all the time to friends, work colleagues, so that one can attract the right people, opportunities and energies. In fact most people who party with their friends and are in the same industry, never take the same friends seriously when it comes to work. Hard reality and a strong pattern that I have noticed over the years. People always recommend or like to work with people who are determined, focus and dependable. So time is your biggest asset, use it wisely and make sure you align your thoughts, words and action for the universe to lead you to your goal. Trust me, while your competition is partying, thats the best time to be working! WHAT DO YOU THINK?????
