Update: Dad will be moving to a step down unit tomorrow! This is not a regular room but is not in ICU! Dad is doing awesome. We are currently looking into rehab so he can regain his strength as well as speech therapy and some occupational therapy. All minor things but also something we want to get on top of now so that he can be back to normal faster. Thank you for your continued prayers and well wishes. Dad will need positive energy at this stage. Since he was asleep for most of the time that he made such great progress he sees the way he is as bad and gets discouraged when really the hardest part is over. He just cant remember. So please go visit and remind him how well hes doing and how strong he is and needs to be!
