Update on Justin: He had a ct scan this morning of his chest. It came back showing multiple cysts in his lungs. His left lung this morning had a cyst rupture, and that is what caused a partial lung collapse. It ruptured on the lining of his lung causing some air to leak out, so they put a chest tube in this morning to allow the lung to re inflate. We are praying that no cysts rupture on the right side so he doesnt have to have a chest tube put in on that side. The dr said cysts can take quite a few weeks to heal, but that some may stay around and you just have to keep an eye on them. Pray that the cysts will begin to decrease in size. The Drs are calling it Necrotizing Pneumonia. His oxygen has remained up this morning, his bilirubin is down to 9 from 12, and his platelets are up to normal level (above 200). The blood cultures and a sputum culture that was drawn a few days ago, have not grown any new bacteria, so that is a good thing! Please continue to pray for us as we learn a new form of patience, while waiting on his body to heal. Thank you for the prayers for the healing of Justins body. We appreciate you all! We are taking a break from visitors at this time, as he continues to heal and for his rest and privacy. We will let you know when we are ready.
