Ensure requested offers from suppliers / subcontractors 4. Prepare and compile the BOQ in accordance with the formats 5. Attend tender site visit and prepare report 6. a comparative analysis between these offers 7. State any deviation from specifications 8. Decide which subcontractor is most reliable 9. Decide discounts obtained from the subcontractor 10. For works executed on site especially reinforced concrete, block work, plastering & miscellaneous wet trades prepare built up rates 11. define and establish over all construction strategy, as subcontracting plan , execution plan.
