VISION: The Student Catholic Action of the Philippines (SCAP) is a fast growing organization of credible student leaders esteemed by the Church as an excellent movement making waves in serving the needs of the Filipino youth and students contributing to the transformation of society into a just and compassionate community. MISSION: The SCAP is setup to: to provide spiritual formation that will produce Christian Leaders who will work for social transformation; to design programs that respond to the needs of the students and teachers and those involved in the movement like the chaplains, animators, coordinators and alumni; to organize and conduct the leadership formation and training seminars, retreats, and recollections, catechesis, liturgical services, community-building activities, and other outreach programs; through the distinctive use of the like-on-like approach, living the SEE-JUDGE-ACT methodology, employing the cell technique, and following Seven Steps in Gospel Sharing, in achieving its purpose.
