Vaccines are a very hot issue, especially as we enter the flu season, with a very advertised flu vaccine becoming becoming more and more announced year by year. Vaccines and the safe and effective homeopathic alternative to vaccines are one of my primary focuses. What I am is anti-misinformation about vaccines. One of my mentors in homeopathy presented this thought-- and I like it. Im not going to share with you anti-vaccine websites. Nor will I share websites that are pro-vaccine. I will share you resources for you to study this issue out in your own minds so that you can make your own decisions, not being swayed by what you may here or see. Education is key. Do not take my word for anything-- study it yourself! :-) Here is a resource I have referred to often over the past several years regarding vaccines. I was torn because I would hear some information from one source and other information from another. I wanted to find cold, black-and-white answers for the questions I had. Generally speaking, when the standard vaccine procedure happens, the nurse comes in with the vaccines already prepped and ready for administration. Many dont think to question anything about this-- many dont realize there are things called package inserts that come with each and every vaccine. On these is listed, as required by law, all the ingredients, studies, recommendations as far as age, indications/contraindications, dosages, and more. It is a LOT of information-- much more than is ever included on the small sheets of paper usually offered at the time vaccines are given. To make a truly educated decision about vaccines, it is vital to be fully informed about them. This link is from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health-- a place for vaccine knowledge. This link has the package inserts for nearly every vaccine commonly administered, including the current flu vaccines. I would very much encourage you to at least start reading the inserts for the flu vaccines for now. Read what they actually state-- and, yes, compare this to what you have been hearing in advertising and even, perhaps, in your doctors offices.
